FAQ

  • Our philosophy is to develop work that is clear, smart, confident, sophisticated, emotion-driven, and meaningful. Work that is also business solution-focused that functions for our client’s goals, enhances their brand’s value, and resonates with their audiences.

  • While these disciplines operate in the communications field, they all have specific roles and outcomes.

    Design Consulting:
We consult for clients seeking communications strategies advise. We audit their current company/organization culture, goals, strategies, products, markets, and audiences and deliver a clear strategic plan.

    Creative Direction:
We develop creative directions informed by focused communication strategies. This includes visual guidelines for existing, expanding, or new brand systems. Then a company’s/organization’s in-house design team implements the creative direction. On occasion, we contract designers to execute the creative direction’s vision.

    Graphic Design:
We started as a graphic design practice which granted us invaluable insight into graphic production capabilities. Now, with years of experience working on a multitude of diverse projects our focus is consulting, developing, and directing communication strategies.

  • An ideal client is one that understands, values, and respects our creative process and input. Clients who have appropriate deadlines and budgets.

  • On occasions we may turn down projects due to a number of reasons. Reasons may be workload or the project is not a right fit for us.

  • We generally do not accept work with an existing idea or concept unless such is satisfactory with the goals of your organization or company. In such instances, we review all submitted ideas and concepts for consideration.

In the case of adapting or expanding work for an existing brand system we will review the project request.

  • Depends on scope of work. Projects may range from 2 - 6 months to 6 months - a year.
